Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item(s) for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Fill out the return request form, providing the necessary details.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same return process as mentioned above. Once your return is received and approved, you can place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the item and its packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
